• Recommended: Extended outdoor navigation on rally motorcycles, off-road vehicles, or fleets. Requires removing the internal battery and using the DC Coupler (dummy battery) for direct power, paired with our 120s delay DC-DC ACC converter.
• Prohibited: Routine handheld or indoor use. Do not use this method with the internal battery installed (charging while operating under heavy load can trigger high-temperature protection).
Option B · M8 Aviation Connector (Side, DC 12V Power & RS232):
• Recommended: Side-mounted vehicle power input. Requires removing the internal battery for external direct power.
• Prohibited/Note: Routine handheld use. The M8 interface lacks an ignition interrupt IO. When the vehicle is turned off, the OS will not shut down gracefully; instead, it relies on the converter for a hard power-off after 120 seconds.
Option C · Type-C Port (Under side waterproof cover, PD 18W Fast Charge):
• Recommended: Routine indoor/office use or handheld quick top-ups in temperature-controlled environments.
• Prohibited: Strictly prohibited for outdoor rally, desert, or extended vehicle use. Using this port requires the waterproof cover to remain open, completely voiding the IP68 rating. Rain, dust, or vibrations will likely cause severe damage.
Option D · 4-PIN Magnetic Connector (Side, 5V/2A):
• Recommended: Casual outdoor handheld top-ups or car 5V cigarette lighter navigation. The magnetic design eliminates the need to open rubber covers.
• Prohibited: Not suitable for long-term vehicle navigation at maximum brightness. The 5V/2A power ceiling cannot sustain the heavy power draw of continuous max-brightness navigation.

When the internal battery operates in environments exceeding 55°C (131°F), the system triggers a thermal protection mechanism and shuts down to ensure safety. For extreme high-temperature rally scenarios, we strongly advise removing the internal battery entirely. Please use the official 24-PIN or M8 wiring harness connected to the motorcycle battery for safe, external direct power.

Factory motorcycle USB ports typically output very low power (around 5V/1A), which cannot sustain the device under full navigation load at 2600 nits brightness. Please use a PD 18W+ fast charger, or better yet, switch to our official hardwired motorcycle harness for guaranteed power delivery.

The M8 interface itself does not have a built-in ACC delay module, resulting in a hard, direct power cut-off. If you require a "delayed shutdown" after the ignition is turned off, please pair it with our official DC-DC converter (which features a 120-second delay), or switch to the 24-PIN wiring harness.

It is strictly prohibited to wire the device directly to the vehicle's battery. Bypassing the ACC DC-DC converter and connecting directly to the battery may cause an immediate power surge, severely burning out the motherboard.

Feeling heat means the intense thermal energy generated by the ultra-bright screen is being effectively dissipated outwards. As long as the system hasn't triggered a thermal warning, you can confidently continue using it.

If you enter a dense forest canopy or a deep canyon without establishing a solid cold-start lock beforehand, your positioning will become unstable. To ensure precision, we strongly advise pausing in an open area for 1-2 minutes to let the device achieve a complete satellite lock before tackling challenging, obstructed terrain.
